Escorts Sussex, as part of the Storm Escorts network, has zero tolerance for trafficking, exploitation, coercion and the involvement of children in adult services.
1. Adults Only
No person under 18 may be knowingly accepted for a Storm adult-service profile. Identity documents are checked before profile publication to confirm identity and adult status. Copies of identity documents are not retained by Storm.
2. Profile Consent
Ladies provide their profile information/statistics and approve their profile photographs. Storm will not knowingly publish or continue to publish a profile where there is a credible unresolved concern about consent, coercion, exploitation, impersonation, age or identity.
3. Indicators That Require Attention
- age or identity information that cannot be reconciled;
- a claim that a profile or photograph was published without the person’s permission;
- another person preventing the lady from communicating privately;
- credible signs or allegations of threats, coercion or violence;
- credible concerns about trafficking or exploitation;
- evidence that another person controls identity documents or communications in a coercive way;
- a credible concern that the person is under 18; or
- a credible allegation of non-consensual intimate imagery.
No single indicator proves exploitation, but credible concerns must be taken seriously and assessed.
4. Response
- Restrict or suspend the relevant profile/content where appropriate.
- Record the concern and preserve necessary evidence securely.
- Escalate the issue to the designated safeguarding decision-maker.
- Where safe and appropriate, communicate privately with the person concerned.
- Avoid alerting a suspected exploiter if doing so could increase risk.
- Seek specialist legal/safeguarding advice where needed.
- Contact appropriate authorities where required or lawfully justified.
- Document the outcome and any ongoing protective measure.
5. Booking Autonomy and Consent
Ladies choose when they work and may refuse any booking. A profile, booking enquiry or booking confirmation is never consent to any particular act. Boundaries and consent must be respected at all times.
6. Confidential Reporting
Safeguarding concerns can be reported to bookings@storm-escorts.com. Storm will handle reports proportionately and confidentially, subject to legal or safety requirements.
7. False or Malicious Reports
Storm may take appropriate action where there is credible evidence that a report was deliberately fabricated to harass or harm another person. This does not prevent genuine good-faith safeguarding concerns from being raised.
